【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricalappliancesincorporatingemittersforexposingtheskintoultravioletorinfraredradiation,forhouseholdandsimilaruse,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedintanningsalons,beautyparloursandsimilarpremises,arealsowithinthescopeofthisstandard.Asfaraspracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount–persons(includingchildren)whose?physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or?lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;–childrenplayingwiththeappliance.
