【摘要】:ThispartofISO21003specifiesthecharacteristicsofpipesformultilayerpipingsystemsintendedtobeusedforhotandcoldwaterinstallationsinsidebuildingsfortheconveyanceofwater-whetherornotthewaterisintendedforhumanconsumption(domesticsystems)orheatingsystems,-underspecifieddesignpressuresandtemperaturesappropriatetotheclassofapplication(seeTable1ofISO21003-1:2008).ItalsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhispartofISO21003.ISO21003isareferenceproductstandard.Itisapplicabletomultilayerpipes,fittings,theirjoints,andalsotojointswithcomponentsmadeofotherplasticsandnon-plasticsmaterialsintendedtobeusedforhotandcoldwaterinstallations.ThispartofISO21003isintendedforuseonlyinconjunctionwithalltheotherpartsofISO21003.ISO21003coversarangeofserviceconditions(applicationclasses)anddesignpressures.Thepolymericmaterialsusedforthestress-designedlayersarethefollowing:polybutylene(PB),polyethyleneofraisedtemperatureresistance(PE-RT),crosslinkedpolyethylene(PE-X),polypropylene(PP)andchlorinatedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-C).

【摘要】:Thestaticchambershaveseveraldifferentapplications:4.1.1Thestaticchamberscanbeusedtocomparethesusceptibilityofdifferentmaterialstothecolonizationandamplificationofvariousmicroorganismsunderdefinedconditions.4.1.2Chambersoperatedathighrelativehumiditiesmaybeusedtoperformworstcasescenarioscreeningtestsonmaterialsbyprovidinganatmospherewhereenvironmentalconditionsmaybefavorableformicrobialgrowth.4.1.3Useofmultiplechamberswithdifferentenvironmentalparameters,suchasarangeofrelativehumidities,permitstheevaluationofmultiplemicroenvironmentsandallowsinvestigationofmaterialsunderdifferingenvironmentalconditions.4.1.4Dryingrequirementsforwettedmaterialsmayalsobeinvestigated.Thisinformationmayberelevantfordeterminingmaterialresistancetomicrobialgrowthafterbecomingwet.Theseconditionsmaysimulatethosewherematerialsaresubjectedtowaterincursionthroughleaksaswellasduringremediationofabuildingafterafire.4.1.5Growthratesofmicroorganismsonthematerialmayalsobeinvestigated.Onceithasbeenestablishedthatorganismsareabletogrowonaparticularmaterialunderdefinedconditions,investigationsintotherateoforganismgrowthmaybeperformed.Theseevaluationsprovidebaselineinformationandcanbeusedtoevaluatemethodstolimitorcontainamplificationofmicroorganisms.Thesetechniquesshouldbeperformedbypersonnelwithtraininginmicrobiology.Theindividualmustbecompetentintheuseofsteriletechnique,whichiscriticaltoexcludeexternalcontaminationofmaterials.1.1Manydifferenttypesofmicroorganisms(forexample,bacteria,fungi,viruses,algae)canoccupyindoorspaces.Materialsthatsupportmicrobialgrowtharepotentialindoorsourcesofbiocontaminants(forexample,sporesandtoxins)thatcanbecomeairborneindoorbiopollutants.Thisguidedescribesasimple,relativelycosteffectiveapproachtoevaluatingtheabilityofavarietyofmaterialstosupportmicrobialgrowthusingasmallchambermethod.1.2Thisguideisintendedtoassistgroupsinthedevelopmentofspecifictestmethodsforadefinitematerialorgroupsofmaterials.1.3Staticchambershavecertainlimitations.Usually,onlysmallsamplesofindoormaterialscanbeevaluated.Caremustbetakenthatthesesamplesarerepresentativeofthematerialsbeingtestedsothatatrueevaluationofthematerialisperformed.1.4Staticchambersprovidecontrolledlaboratorymicroenvironmentconditions.Thesechambersarenotintendedtoduplicateroomconditions,andcaremustbetakenwheninterpretingtheresults.Staticchambersarenotasubstitutefordynamicchambersorfieldstudies.1.5Avarietyofmicroorganisms,specificallybacteriaandfungi,canbeevaluatedusingthesechambers.Thisguideisnotintendedtoprovidehumanhealtheffectdata.However,organismsofclinicalinterest,suchasthosedescribedaspotentiallyallergenic,maybestudiedusingthisapproach.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
