【摘要】:ThispartofISO13318coversmethodsfordeterminingtheparticlesizedistributionofparticulatematerialsbymeansofcentrifugalsedimentationinaliquid.Solidsconcentrationsaredeterminedbythetransmissionofalightbeam.Theresultingsignalenablesconverisontoaparticlesizedustribution.ThemethodofdeterminingtheparticlesizedistributiondescribedinthispartofISO13318isapplicabletopowdersthatcanbedispersedinliquids,powdersthatarepresentinslurryformandsomeemulsions.Typicalpaticlesizerangeforanalysisisfromabout0,1μmto5μm.Themethodisapplicalbetopowdersinwhichallparticleshavethesamedensityandcomparableshapesanddonotundergochemicalorphysicalchangeinthesuspensionliquid.Itisusuallynecessarythattheparticleshaveadensityhigherthanthatoftheliqud.
