【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforclassificationofsolidwireelectrodes,tubularcoredelectrodes,andelectrode-fluxcombinations(theall-weldmetaldeposits)intheas-weldedconditionandinthepost-weldheat-treatedconditionforsubmergedarcweldingofhighstrengthsteelswithaminimumyieldstrengthgreaterthan500MPaoraminimumtensilestrengthgreaterthan570MPa.Onefluxcanbetestedandclassifiedwithdifferentelectrodes.Oneelectrodecanbetestedandclassifiedwithdifferentfluxes.Thesolidwireelectrodeisalsoclassifiedseparatelybasedonitschemicalcomposition.ThisInternationalStandardisacombinedspecificationprovidingforclassificationutilizingasystembasedupontheyieldstrengthandaverageimpactenergyof47Jfortheall-weldmetal,orutilizingasystembaseduponthetensilestrengthandaverageimpactenergyof27Jfortheall-weldmetal.a)Clauses,subclausesandtableswhichcarrythesuffixletter"A"areapplicableonlytosolidwireelectrodes,tubularcoredelectrodesandtheall-weldmetaldepositsclassifiedtothesystembasedupontheyieldstrengthandtheaverageimpactenergyof47Jfortheall-weldmetalobtainedwithelectrodefluxcombinationsinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandard.b)Clauses,subclausesandtableswhichcarrythesuffixletter"B"areapplicableonlytosolidwireelectrodes,tubularcoredelectrodesandtheall-weldmetaldepositsclassifiedtothesystembaseduponthetensilestrengthandtheaverageimpactenergyof27Jfortheall-weldmetalobtainedwithelectrodefluxcombinationsinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandard.c)Clauses,subclausesandtableswhichdonothaveeitherthesuffixletter"A"orthesuffixletter"B"areapplicabletoallsolidwireelectrodes,tubularcoredelectrodesandelectrode-fluxcombinationsclassifiedinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandard.Forcomparisonpurposes,sometablesincluderequirementsforelectrodesclassifiedinaccordancewithbothsystems,placingindividualelectrodesfromthetwosystems,whicharesimilarincompositionandproperties,onadjacentlinesintheparticulartable.Inaparticularlineofthetablethatismandatoryinonesystem,thesymbolforthesimilarelectrodefromtheothersystemisindicatedinparentheses.Byappropriaterestrictionoftheformulationofaparticularelectrode,itisoften,butnotalways,possibletoproduceanelectrodethatcanbeclassifiedinbothsystems,inwhichcasetheelectrode,oritspackaging,maybemarkedwiththeclassificationineitherorbothsystems.
