【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestoparticularall-or-nothingelectricalrelaysdenominatedsolid-staterelaysintendedforperformingelectricaloperationsbysinglestepfunctionchangestothestateofelectriccircuitsbetweentheOFF-stateandtheON-stateandviceversa.Itisapplicabletosolid-staterelayswithratedvoltagesupto750Vandwitha.c.outputcurrentupto160A.NOTERequirementsforsolid-staterelayswithd.c.outputcircuitsareunderconsideration.Thisstandarddealswithsolid-staterelayswhichareintendedforincorporationinotherproductsorequipment.Assuch,solidstaterelaysareconsideredtobecomponentsandthisstandarddefinesthebasicsafety-relatedandfunctionalrequirementsforsolid-staterelaysasstand-alonecomponents.Suchsolid-staterelaysareincorporatedinproductsorequipmentwhichthemselveshavetocomplywiththerelevantproductand/orapplicationstandard(s)tomeettheirintendedapplication.Thefollowingareexamplesofsuchapplications:–generalindustrialequipment;–electricalfacilities;–electricalmachines;–electricalappliances;–officecommunications;–buildingautomationandenvironmentalcontrol;–automationandprocesscontrol;–electricalinstallationengineering;–medicalengineering;–telecommunications;–vehicleengineering;–transportationengineering;–lightingcontrol.Solidstaterelaysarecomponents(notstandalonedevices)andassuchdonotperformadirectfunction.Therefore,noEMCrequirementsareincludedinthisstandard.NOTEThisisinlinewiththeEuropeanEMCDirective.Wheretheapplicationofasolid-staterelaydeterminesadditionalrequirementssuchasEMCandovercurrentprotection,thesolid-staterelayshallbeassessedinaccordancewiththerelevantIECstandard(s).Solid-stateswitchingdeviceswithmonolithicstructuresfallwithinthescopeofIECsubcommittee47Eandarenotcoveredinthisstandard.SemiconductorcontrollersandcontactorsfallwithinthescopeoftheIEC60947seriesofstandards–Low-voltageswitchgearandcontrolgear–developedbyIECsubcommittee17Bandarenotcoveredinthisstandard.Compliancewiththerequirementsofthisstandardisverifiedbythetypetestsindicated.
