【摘要】:EveryASTMtestmethodlistedin2.1containsasectiondescribingitsparticularsignificanceanduse.Othertestmethodslistedin2.1ofthispracticemaycontainsectionspertainingtotheirparticularsignificanceanduse.Thephysicaltestingproceduresinthispracticecanbeusedinconjunctionwithlotsamplingproceduresasabasisforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsofinflatablerestraintfabrics.Theymaybeusedtoestablishthecriteriabywhichinflatablerestraintfabricswillbetestedbythesuppliertodeterminewhetheralotofmaterialisacceptableforshipmenttothepurchaser.Thispracticeaddressesallthephysicalpropertiesthatdescribeinflatablerestraintfabricsandtheircommonlyusedtestmethods.Unlessotherwisespecifiedbyagreementofpurchaserandsupplier,thesestandardtestmethodsshallconstitutethetestconditions,procedures,andequipmentusedtodeterminethephysicalpropertiesoffabricsusedininflatablerestraints.Itisintendedtobeusedasaguidelineinestablishingawrittenmaterialspecification.Thespecificationoragreementofpurchaserandsuppliermaydeviatefromthepracticesdescribedhereinwhen(basedonexperience)considerationsoffabricproperties,materialhandlingequipment,orinflatablerestraintsystemdesigndictateotherwise.1.1Thispracticeisalistingofthetestmethodscommonlyemployedindeterminingthephysicalpropertiesoffabricsandyarnsusedinthemanufactureofinflatablerestraints.1.2Fabricsusedinthemanufactureofinflatablerestraintsmaybecoatedoruncoated,andmaybecomprisedofspunyarns,continuousfilamentyarns,oracombinationthereof.1.3Fabricsusedinthemanufacturerofinflatablerestraintsmaybeeitherflatoronepiecewoven.Fortheone-piecewoven,followthesamplingsectionofD5446andtheindividualtestmethod.1.4InSection9,thispracticelistsisalphabeticalordertheproceduresassociatedwithconductingphysicaltestingofthefollowingfabricoryarnpropertiesofconcerntothedesignandmanufactureofinflatablerestraints.Yarn
