【摘要】:Thisstandarddevelopsthemethodologyrequiredfortheinspectionofmechanicalandnaturalwantilationsystemsinrelationtoitsenergyconsumption.Thisstandardappliestobothresidentialandnonresidentialbuildings.Theinspectionmayincludethefollowingissues,inordertodeterminetheemergyperformanceofthebuildinganditsassociatedmechanical/electricalplant:--Thesystemconformityrelatedtotheoriginalandsubesquentdesignmodifications,actualrequirementsandthepresentbuildingstate.--Correctoperationofthemeccanical,electricalorpneumaticcomponents.--Provisionofanadequateandpuresupplyofwentilationair.--Thefunctioningofallthecontrolsinvolved.--Fanpowerabsorbedandspecificfanpower.--Buildingairtightness.Itisnottheintentionofthestandardtoprovideafullventilationsystemsaudit.Itincludesrecommendationsonpossiblesysteminprovements.NOTETheinspection,performedbyanindependentpersontoassessthesystemperformancerelatingjtoenergyconsumption,isdifferentfromthemaintenancethatisperformedtotheowner'srequirementstomaintaintheoptimumsystemperformance.
