【摘要】:1GeneralThispartofISO230specifiesmethodsfortestingthenoiseofstationaryfloor-mountedmachinetoolsandrelatedauxiliaryequipmentdirectlyontheshopfloor.Thepurposeofthemeasurementsistoobtainnoise-emissiondataformachinetools.ThedataobtainedmaybeusedforthepurposeofdeclarationandverificationofairbornenoiseemissionfrommachinetoolsasspecifiedinISO4871,andalsoforthecomparisonoftheperformanceofdifferentunitsofagivenfamilyofmachinetoolsorequipment,underdefinedenvironmentalconditionsandstandardizedmountingandoperatingconditions.ForthepurposesofthispartofISO230,"auxiliaryequipment"meanshydraulicpowerpacks,chipconveyors,coolant-oilmistextractors,heatexchangers,refrigerators,etc.Noiseemittedbycentrallyoperatedauxiliaryequipment,connectedtoseveralmachinetools,shallbeconsideredasbackgroundnoise.Generalinstructionsaregivenfortheinstallationandoperationofthemachineundertestandforthechoiceofmicrophonepositionsfortheworkstationandforotherspecifiedpositions.Moredetailedinstructionscanbefoundinspecificnoise-teststandardsforindividualtypesofmachinetools.Clause11specifiesamethodformeasuringtheemissionsoundpressurelevelsatworkstationsandatotherspecifiedpositionsinthevicinityofamachinetool.ThismethodfollowsthemethodsspecifiedinISO11202andISO11204.Clause12specifiesamethodformeasuringthesoundpressurelevelsonameasurementsurfaceenvelopingthemachinetoolandforcalculatingthesoundpowerlevelproducedbythemachinetool.ThismethodfollowsthemethodsspecifiedinISO3744andISO3746.Thedeterminationofthesoundpowerlevelonthebasisoftheintensitymethod(ISO9614andISO9614-2)isnotdealtwithinthispartofISO230.2TypesofnoiseandnoisesourcesThemethodsspecifiedinthispartofISO230aresuitableforalltypesofnoiseemittedbymachinetools.ThispartofISO230isapplicabletomachinetoolsofanytypeandsize,includingdevices,componentsandsub-assemblies.NOTEMeasurementsaccordingtothispartofISO230maybeimpracticableforverytallorverylongmachinetools,suchastransferlines.3TestenvironmentThetestenvironmentthatisapplicableformeasurementsmadeinaccordancewiththispartofISO230isgenerallylocatedindoors,withoneormorereflectingplanespresent,meetingspecifiedrequirements,asdescribedinclauses11and12,respectivelyin11.4.2andinclause12.3.2.4AccuracygradesIndividualvaluesofemissionsoundpressurelevelsatafixedpositionandofthesoundpowerlevelofamachinetooldeterminedinaccordancewiththeproceduresgiveninthispartofISO230arelikelytodifferfromthetruevaluesbyanamountwithintherangeoftherespectivemeasurementuncertainties.Theuncertaintiesinmeasurementsofemissionsoundpressurelevelsandindeterminationsofthesoundpowerlevelarisefromseveralfactorswhichaffecttheresults,someassociatedwithenvironmentalconditionsatthetestsiteandotherswithexperimentaltechniques.ThispartofISO230dealswithmethodstodeterminetheemissionsoundpressurelevelsandtheemissionsoundpowerlevel,wheretheresultsmeetgrade2accuracy(engineeringmethod)andgrade3accuracy(surveymethod).Becauseofitshigheraccuracy,grade2shouldbeachievedwheneverpossible.Specificinformationonmeasurementuncertaintiesisgiveninclause7.Althoughgrade2accuracy(engineering)ispreferred,grade3accuracy(survey)isacceptablefornoisedeclarationandmostotherpurposes.InthispartofISO230,onlythedeterminationofgrade3isdescribedcompletely.Forgrade2,ISO3744andISO11204shallalsobeused.
